Grilled Taste of Scan Pork Chops with a Deliciously Simple Bean Salad
We’re feeling the chill of winter in Finland, but there is still nice Fall weather to be enjoyed in Hong Kong! Invite friends and family over for Taste of Scan ’s delicious grilled pork and a tasty, yet super simple side salad. These are extremely quick recipes that make family occasions easy to celebrate along with being full of fresh, delicious flavors. Let’s fire up the grill and make these Grilled Pork Chops with Simple Bean Salad:

Here’s the recipe:
Grilled Pork Chops
● 560 grams Taste of Scan ’s Pork Ribeye Steak
● Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste
Simple Bean Salad
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
● 2 (425 grams) cans white beans, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
● 2 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
● 4 tablespoons sliced green olives
● 2 tablespoons finely sliced green onions, green part only
● 1 tablespoon minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
● salt and pepper, to taste
For Grilled Pork Chops
Brush pork ribeye with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside for 15-30mins till pork is at room temperature. Prepare your grill for grilling during this time.
Place pork ribeye on the grill over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 65 degrees Celsius (approx 145 degrees Fahrenheit) followed by a 3-minute rest time. This is usually a bout 3 mins per side.
For Simple Bean Salad
Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice, then add in the beans, sun-dried tomatoes, green olives, green onion, and parsley to bowl and toss to coat well. Taste your dish and add salt and pepper as needed. Set aside until ready to serve.
